Cameron completed the inspection of the home we are in the process of purchasing. We did the general inspection, radon testing, and sewer scope. I was traveling from another state and planned to return back right after inspection so did not have much room for delays or rescheduling. The communication with Cameron was very efficient and setting up the inspection was easy. I arrived a couple minutes early but Cameron was already there and ready to start. He had scheduled a 3-hour inspection but stayed after for another 30-40 minutes to go over the report and answer the questions I and the realtor asked. Cameron was professional and thorough in his inspection. The report was detailed with informative pictures. An important positive is that Cameron generally refrained from going beyond identifying the problems and did not demand specific ways to fix these problems in his report. I was dealing with selling of my house while buying this property, and the inspector at the other end had gone beyond inspection and requested specific ways to resolve the issue. When relevant contractors disagreed with the suggested fixes, it created unnecessary tension between the buyer and seller.

I was overall very satisfied with the results as the issues he identified were also acknowledged by the seller. I would definitely recommend and employ Cameron again if necessary.
